    I am actually shook. I have tried every plan there is out there... Kayla Itsines, Pamela Rf, etc. Mimi's is the only one that has actually worked for me. The formula is so simple and shockingly easy. I don't need to spend hours at the gym nor do I need to feel super unhappy when I "can't" eat something because of the mentality switch that has happened. I love how Mimi talks about the mentality behind weight loss so much - it has changed my views on EVERYTHING. Mimi's weight loss was always really inspirational to me, and I never thought I could see the same results as her, but I have.     I can't believe the changes my body has made over the past 21 days. I've lost 3 inches from my waist and -7 lbs on the scale. This plan really works. I love how I don't need a gym membership as I'm really busy at work most of the week and don't have the time. I always feel satisfied and I'm shocked at how I look after only 3 weeks on the plan.     This course is unreal. It was exactly what I needed mentally and physically to get back on track for my fitness and well being. My stomach looks way more toned and flat (baby abs showing!!). I feel so lean and healthy. Honestly it is really not that hard to follow, most of the food is what I lean towards eating anyways. My body feels so good (also my skin is clearing up too?!?!). Will definitely be recommending to my friends and fam.
