    This plan has honestly changed how I look so much. I've always struggled with emotional eating and losing the "last 10 pounds"... and after only 3.5 weeks on this plan I have never looked and felt better in my entire life. I don't binge anymore. Mimi really knows what she's talking about and her 9 Golden Rules for weight loss work so well I'm amazed. I don't feel restricted or like this is really hard... it just makes sense. And works. I can't thank Mimi enough for creating this plan. I know that I'm never going back to my old unhealthy and chubby body after doing this plan. It's not just 21 days... it's a lifestyle as Mimi says.     I am actually shook. I have tried every plan there is out there... Kayla Itsines, Pamela Rf, etc. Mimi's is the only one that has actually worked for me. The formula is so simple and shockingly easy. I don't need to spend hours at the gym nor do I need to feel super unhappy when I "can't" eat something because of the mentality switch that has happened. I love how Mimi talks about the mentality behind weight loss so much - it has changed my views on EVERYTHING. Mimi's weight loss was always really inspirational to me, and I never thought I could see the same results as her, but I have. And I know this plan is not a "quick fix" type thing because I'm going to be implementing her principles for the rest of my life. This plan is the key to lasting weight loss...     I can't believe the changes my body has made over the past 21 days. I've lost 3 inches from my waist and -7 lbs on the scale. This plan really works. I love how I don't need a gym membership as I'm really busy at work most of the week and don't have the time. I always feel satisfied and I'm shocked at how I look after only 3 weeks on the plan.
